Pictionary Team Challenge
Imagine four teams, four iPads, one ticking clock, and a room filled with laughter.
In this high-energy multiplayer experience, one player becomes the artist, sketching clues on their team’s iPad while teammates race to guess the answer before time runs out.
The faster the guess, the higher the score.

IoT Fire Rescue Experience
This wasn’t just a game. It was a fully immersive rescue adventure.
Children entered a dedicated Fireman Sam zone, put on a firefighter vest, and instantly became part of an emergency response team.
Suddenly, the alarm sounds.
A digital city is on fire.
Players grab interactive water hoses and water guns equipped with custom IoT sensors. As they aim toward the screen, the flames react in real time — shrinking, flickering, and disappearing as the mission progresses.

Every sound, light, animation, and sensor interaction was connected through a single intelligent control system, making children feel like they were starring in their own Fireman Sam episode.
AI Slow Talk Booth
Visitors stepped into the booth and spoke naturally into a microphone. Our AI speech processing system captured their voice in real time, analyzed the spoken content, and instantly recreated the conversation using a slow-motion sloth-style voice effect.
Whatever the visitor said was repeated back in Flash’s signature slow, humorous speaking style, creating a hilarious interactive moment for both participants and spectators.
Interactive Dance Game
A giant screen. Energetic music. Motion-tracking technology. And kids dancing with complete freedom.
Using a motion-sensing camera, the system detected players’ body movements and transformed them into interactive on-screen dance performances.
Jump, spin, wave, or groove — the screen responded instantly with animated effects, visual feedback, and performance reactions.

Sing — AI Voice Visualizer
One of the most magical experiences at QTF.
Players stepped up to the microphone and started singing. But instead of simply hearing their voice, they watched it come alive visually.
Our AI system analyzed:

Voice modulation
Loudness and intensity
As the song changed, animated graphics evolved in real time, creating a personalized visual performance unique to each singer.
The unforgettable part
At the end of the performance, visitors could save and download their animated music video, turning a few seconds of singing into a shareable digital memory.
It was where music, AI, and digital art met on one stage.
AR Collect Coin Challenge
This AR-powered game turned the floor in front of the screen into an invisible playground.
Virtual coins appeared across the digital environment, and children had to jump, stretch, move left, and move right to collect as many as possible before the timer expired.

Interactive IoT Kite Flying Experience
This installation became one of the festival’s most talked-about attractions because it felt surprisingly real.
Two large screens were placed side by side, connected visually by a narrow central gap. Players held a custom handheld controller attached to a physical thread mechanism.
Inside the controller were embedded motion sensors that tracked every movement.
Move your hand left — the kite sweeps across the sky.
Tilt right — it catches the virtual wind and changes direction.
The combination of physical tension, sensor tracking, and synchronized dual-screen animation created the sensation of flying a real kite inside a digital world.
